Job Description

  • Social Media marketing:
    • Increase awareness and client base by enhancing brand image across digital communications 
    • Create educational content in form of article and videos. 
    • Maintain a strong online hospital voice through social media platforms. 
  • Develop, implement and Manage social media marketing strategy, by means of research, benchmarking, and client audience identification. 
  • Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and the website. Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
  • Building an audience and ensure customer engagement.
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications. 
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Understand social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content

 

  • General Marketing:
    • Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy
    • Reach out to clients: external consultants, community service, schools, universities. 
    • Brochures:
      • Responsible for designing and printing paper productions such as brochures, flyers, internal and external forms..etc.
      • Liaise with different print houses to send proposals.
      • Execute best printing prices and quality
    • Define most important marketing KPIs

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing/Digital media & Psychology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills (in English & Arabic).
  • Creative, Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. 
  • Social media:
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing 
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Skills in editing (photo/video/text) and video production.

 

  • Marketing: 
    • good understanding of major marketing channels regarding hospital care
    • Experience in designing brochures/flyers and Experience in the printing process of brochures/flyers and forms.
