Job Description
- Handling new Client's requests.
- Developing and preparing effective Financial and Technical proposal.
- Drafting, reviewing and editing contracts between Premier and Clients.
- Researching current regulations to guarantee that the contracts are updated and in compliance with the relevant laws.
- Negotiating the contract's (Terms & Conditions) with Clients.
- Following & Finalizing the contracts renewal process.
- Finalizing, signing and archiving the new client's contracts.
- Participating in fulfilling the tenders' RFQ,RFI and any other related requirements.
- Handling the client's received -Questionnaires , Surveys & RFI within the requested deadline.
Job Requirements
II. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Law/English department (is a must)
- 2-4 Years of Experience in similar role.
- Excellent in both English & Arabic Languages.
III. Competencies:
- Good attention to details, efficiency, and quality.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Relationships.
- Work under pressure.
