Job Description

  • Preparing and processing payrolls and tax reporting and records.
  • Handling the whole payroll process in terms of calculating overtime, variables and bank transfer within the required SLA
  • Track the records of work times, attendance and the employees’ absence.
  • Responsible for all the reports and the reliability of the data besides updating the database.
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation & benefits rates and new hires information
  • Record employees vacation on the database to set the balance of employees' vacations
  • Align with the Compensations & Benefits section head to ensure applying the best work quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration / Commerce / Economy / Human Resources or any related
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is a huge plus
  • 3+ years of experience preferred in relevant HR position.
  • Com & Ben background is preferred
  • Males Only.
  • Very good English
