Job Description
- Preparing and processing payrolls and tax reporting and records.
- Handling the whole payroll process in terms of calculating overtime, variables and bank transfer within the required SLA
- Track the records of work times, attendance and the employees’ absence.
- Responsible for all the reports and the reliability of the data besides updating the database.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation & benefits rates and new hires information
- Record employees vacation on the database to set the balance of employees' vacations
- Align with the Compensations & Benefits section head to ensure applying the best work quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration / Commerce / Economy / Human Resources or any related
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a huge plus
- 3+ years of experience preferred in relevant HR position.
- Com & Ben background is preferred
- Males Only.
- Very good English
