- keeping accurate tracks of all expenses, liabilities and projected costs.
- tracking profitability by creating budget for each part of a construction project.
- working closely with other departments to ensure alignment on costs and expenditure.
- Ensure all cost incurred are appropriately allocated and recharged.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a financial manager construction field (electro mechanic) is a must for not less then 15 years.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles .
- certified CMA is preferred.
- Expert Microsoft office.
