Job Description
- Follow up on employees’ attendance and vacation record
- Keep employees’ files, data and records up to date
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
- Manage all process related to employees hiring (sending job offer, creating the employee file, social insurance, medical insurance, bank account …etc.)
- Manage all process related to employee suspension (resignation form, end of contract, ending all employee insurances… etc.)
- Responsible of social insurance and labor office visits and communications
- Responsible of collecting the probation period evaluation from all managers on time
- Responsible of all employees’ annual contract renewal
- Responsible of all communications with the insurance companies (medical and life...etc.)
- Send and follow-up on reimbursement claims with the insurance service providers.
- Managing the employees and the company mobile lines and preparing all the requested analysis and reports.
- Responsible of issuing all HR related letters for employees.
- Prepare all reports and analysis related to his tasks
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in the same Job
- Previous experience in the industrial field is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent practice of MS Office and mainly Excel is a must
- Very good Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is a must
- Excellent Communication skills
- Can work Under Pressure
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
