Job Summary:

  • Entrepreware is looking to hire an exceptional Digital Marketing Specialist working directly with the founder preparing him/her to be a successful Entrepreneur.   • Successful Candidate will be involved in the growth of a startup with all the exposure that brings, from business development to marketing to logistics to management.

Job Description

  • Consistently bring new ideas to the table.
  • Network throughout the community to increase awareness.
  • Responsible for aggressively driving our online customer acquisition strategy and managing a significant marketing budget.
  • Develop customer acquisition through a variety of channels including SEM, PPC, SEO, ASO, affiliates, retargeting, display, email, and social.
  • Candidate will have ownership over the development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns across all of these channels, and will be responsible for identifying new channels for growth.
  • Finding “growth hacks” online and offline through creativity and researching best practices from around the world.
  • Conducting web-based research on various topics and writing briefs and reports on findings.
  • Attending various events and meetings and producing detailed summaries.
  • Liaise and communicate with existing and potential clients and contacts.
  • Reviewing, assessing, routing, and monitoring follow-up action steps on different projects.
  • Record and report daily sales in a timely manner.
  • Insure compliance and proper client representation is followed at all regional events daily.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Any academic/professional background welcome.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other design application is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) or willing to learn.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, Braze, etc. that allow posting of ads and measuring customer behavior; continuously keeping up to date with the latest online marketing technologies is a must
  • 1+ years in digital marketing startups with a track record of explosive growth driven by SEO and SEM and growth hacks is a plus
