Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our team. You will work closely with all stakeholders to gather requirements, write the required documents, and lead the team towards the successful completion of writing assignments.
- Communicating with customers (meetings, calls, and emails) to understand their needs to be able to produce comprehensive documentation.
- Estimating the effort needed and putting a work plan to develop the required Online Help articles.
- Applying customer feedback on the developed Online Help articles.
- Developing an Online Help for different products using.
- Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and UI/UX copy.
- Maintain responsibility for the delivery of work products.
- Oversee the implementation of standardized processes and deliverables.
- Establish and monitor schedules. Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.
- Identify, analyze, and track risks, communicating statuses, and escalating concerns when needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 - 6 years of experience developing software documentation.
- Experienced in managing client requirements.
- Experience with documentation methodologies.
- Ability to summarize technical information using graphical and textual tools.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, HTML, and photo-editing tools.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Details oriented with the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Team player skills.
- Adaptability.
