Job Description
- Provide timely, accurate support to the School's administrators, faculty, and staff in their use of the system;
- Understand, direct, and coordinate users’ activities on the systems;
- Support guides for users, which describe operating procedures;
- Monitor and administrate academic processes on the systems modules;
- Maintain clean data in the student information system;
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding SIS functions, operating procedures, and the dissemination of updates to users;
- Identify, analyze and resolve problems, interact effectively with users to solve problems and advises on best practices for using the system;
- Establish, enforce and maintain the data entry standards;
- Support students in accessing and using their systems;
- Create report dashboards and reports for campus leadership and departmental use;
- Coordinate and provide training activities with systems users and produce necessary documentation;
- Design the data interchange between systems at end of period events related to student information systems.
Ensure a high level of the Security & Governance
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies;
- Ensure compliance with IT policies & procedures;
Coordinate with the Vendors & supports management
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

- Has a good knowledge in Ellucian Power-Campus & LMS Experience- both functional and technical.
- Possess high level of Testing components techniques, systems and their interfaces to create operational services.
- Excellent database knowledge and expertise.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical thinking.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 3 to 5
- Education: Bachelor of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Equivalent
