HSE Account Supervisor

Job Scope

This position supports the local regulatory day-to-day compliance needs and ensures a culture of compliance and safety through the oversight and enhancement of existing programs. The position provides coaching and technical expertise to the site’s team at every level to meet the compliance obligations, as well as promotes the cultural maturity in partnership with the leadership team. 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and influence development of HSE management systems, strategic direction and focus.
• Performs safety risk and compliance evaluations and develops appropriate recommendation to address any noted gaps.
• Identifies and assists in the implementation of regulatory codes and requirement set by local, state, federal and corporate policy.
• Develops and presents health and safety training programs. Identifies necessary updates to training. programs to remain compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conducts and reviews investigations of accidents to identify root cause and implement corrective action.
• Communicate relevant and timely HSE information to key stakeholders.
