Job Description
Job Purpose:
- We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department.
- Senior System Administrator responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role.
- Ultimately, he will ensure our software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly.
- To ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in- house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and recommend technology solutions including directory, messaging, database, systems management, server virtualization, network storage and security to clients.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
- Provide skilled independent help-desk capabilities by phone, remote
- Maintain detailed awareness and understanding regarding current software and technical procedures.
- Adhere to all company internal policies and procedures.
- Primary support of Exchange 2013
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and experience with Server, Desktop, LAN, and WAN technologies. Should have multiple skill sets in many of the following.
- Install, test and configure workstations/laptops, software/applications and integration with Microsoft Active Directory
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management practices.
- Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
- Create and maintain documentation about corporate systems, policies and procedures.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Configure internal systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Upgrade the network infrastructure
- Install servers, devices and firewalls
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
- Update technical documentation
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Engineering or any other related degree
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Good knowledge about ERP system “Acumatica”
- Good Knowledge about VPN and CCTV
- Good Knowledge about the Firewall
- CCNA Certificate is preferable
- MCSE Certificate is preferable
- Preferable to have good Knowledge about Microsoft AZURE
- Knowledge of system security techniques
- Very Good communication skills
