Job Description
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and international trade objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to optimize logistics and inventory management.
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor supply chain and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and market expansions.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies within the supply chain.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- FMCG, food manufacturing experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
