Job Description
- Analyze, Design, Develop and package all Digital Signature applications and middle ware in the field of Digital Signature and electronic transactions.
- Achieving the link between the digital signature applications service providers and beneficiaries of all government and private agencies.
- Consult both government agencies and the private sector in the field of digital signature applications services, and secure electronic transactions inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Achieving the coherence and integration between software and hardware relevant with the Public Key infrastructure and information security systems for both government agencies and the private sector.
- Work with vendors, third parties, and clients to integrate solutions.
- Facilitate and lead meetings to ensure progress on solutions and products.
- Identify and document requirements and set reasonable project timelines.
- Document resource needs risks, project scope, and contingency plans.
- Provide overall development leadership and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Manage business requirements and scope on a technical level, and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements and architectural direction.
- Team with Project Managers to coordinate work effort between analysis, development, architecture, operations, release management, and quality assurance teams, and partner with Business Liaison teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions to business objectives and priorities.
- Provide key input/status to senior-level business stakeholders during project design, build, and testing phases.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business clients to ensure that their needs are articulated in business and technological terms.
- Directly and indirectly manage the work effort of development personnel and 3rd party vendors, in the delivery of assigned projects and programs.
- Implementing the best practices and coding standards and ensuring team adherence to set standards.
Job Requirements
- A Graduate of Computer and Information, or Engineering College, department computers or communication department of a well-known university with a grade of very good at least.
- Acquired a Master's in securing information systems is an added value.
- Must be fully aware of the technological methods for the various stages of the analysis, design, and implementation of PKI and the digital signature infrastructure centers.
- Fluency in English.
- Not less than 12 years in the field of information systems technology in general, including 9 years in the field of custom software development preferable with Public key infrastructure experience.
- 5+ years of management and project lead experience
- 10+ years of hands-on custom application development experience
- Deep experience with the latest industry trends and developments
- Must be fully aware of the technological methods for the various stages of the analysis, design, and implementation of PKI and the digital signature
- Must have teamwork spirit
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have proven experience with different applications’ architecture patterns
- Experience in project management disciplines scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using the latest development technologies
- Experience with middleware application development
- Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies
- Ability to triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution
- Ability to lead by influence up, down, and across the organization
- Technical consulting experience with executives
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
