Job Description
- Survey Foreign markets to identify new suppliers and negotiate for the most competitive prices and quality standards.
- Fulfill planning needs as per the set plan of Material Requirement Planning “MRP”.
- Prioritize & issue POs according to urgency and MRP.
- Follow up purchased items delivery to the concerned department to ensure its validity as per POs Specs.
- Ensure the payment facilities of local items to be in line with authorization limits specified by the company.
- Settle the payment to the suppliers.
- Generate suppliers’ evaluation system to update suppliers’ list.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years experience in Foreign purchasing
- Professional Communication & Negotiation skills
- High follow Up skills
- Very good command of English language
- Certificate in Supply Chain
