Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure that the recruitment and hiring process is in line with the man power plan.
- Developing recruitment process
- On board new employees to become fully integrated
- Responsible for performance appraisals for the R staff to know the feedback of probation period
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Responsible for job analysis process, job evaluation, writing job description.
- Prepare, update, analyze organization structure
- Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Duties
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Maintaining and updating Manpower plan
- Conduct competency-based interviews for shortlisted applicants.
- Effectively implement the mentoring system for all new comers
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Effectively conduct the exit interviews for all leavers and make analysis for the exit interviews results
- Launching HR initiatives such as the employee handbook, formulates policies and procedures and any services
- Mentoring Recruitment Cycle
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: BA Degree
- Minimum Experience: 4-7 Years
- Excellent communication skills
- leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills
- HR Certificate is a must
