Job Description

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure that the recruitment and hiring process is in line with the man power plan.
  • Developing recruitment process 
  • On board new employees to become fully integrated
  • Responsible for performance appraisals for the R staff to know the feedback of probation period
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Responsible for job analysis process, job evaluation, writing job description.
  • Prepare, update, analyze organization structure
  • Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Duties

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Maintaining and updating Manpower plan 
  • Conduct competency-based interviews for shortlisted applicants.
  • Effectively implement the mentoring system for all new comers 
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Effectively conduct the exit interviews for all leavers and make analysis for the exit interviews results
  • Launching HR initiatives such as the employee handbook, formulates policies and procedures and any services 
  • Mentoring Recruitment Cycle 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: BA Degree 
  • Minimum Experience: 4-7 Years 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • HR Certificate is a must
