Job Description
- Design, model, and test prototypes for products.
- Conduct research and create design proposals for projects.
- Improve usability of an item.
- Make recommendations to improve production and maintenance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other engineers, managers, and creative team.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for design.
- Research and track prototype performance and reactions.
- Prepare documentation, such as testing protocols and manuals.
- Organize plans and create schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Experience developing product design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in engineering programs and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent English Language is a must.
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
- Excellent time management/organizational skills.
- 1-3 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong aptitude for creating detailed blueprints and instructions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
