Job Description
- Ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the firefighting systems.
- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles.
- Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares.
- Following the spares under repair if any.
- Plan & Achievement for preventive, predictive maintenance.
- Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
- Prepare the Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annually & Annually reports of the department.
- Prepare the check lists for the maintenance visits.
- Report for Dept. manager plant troubles & Breakdowns.
- Use equipment properly and follow safety features.
- Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines /equipment/devices which have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in firefighting systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership Skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to think logically and methodically.
- Can work under pressure.
- Time Management
