Job Description
- Perform clerical functions, type letters and memos, posts and distributes correspondence.
- Handling governmental social and medical Insurance transactions
- Assist in Updating daily employees’ database and files.
- Dealing with Labor office and social insurance office.
- Assist in handling TOWN TEAM employees’ private medical insurance only for contract renewal.
- Follow up on the completion of the required Hiring documents to assure the compliance with legal requirements.
- Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure and keeping a hard copy of the records for each department)
- Responsible for adding, renewing and removing the employee’s social insurance.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians).
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
- Identify and analyze problems regarding services in TOWN TEAM.
- Responsible for organizing the movement of buses that transport the workers, the cleanliness of the branch/plant and follow-up on the maintenance of the photocopy machines, fax machines etc…
- Responsible for handling Security Affairs inside TOWN TEAM.
- Assist in completion of employees’ housing procedures inside TOWN TEAM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree; law is preferred.
- 0-3 Years of relative experience
- Good knowledge of labor law and other employment legislations
- Good knowledge of taxation and social insurance calculations.
