Job Description

  • Answer phone calls/E-mails and redirect them when necessary.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
  • Generate required reports and presentations.
  • Ensure Implementation of company procedures and meeting set service level.

Job Requirements

  • Females ONLY.
  • University Graduate.
  • 2 Years experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English, Spoken and Written.
  • Energetic.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
