Job Description

Primary Function of this role is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts, it's a great opportunity to build on your skills and to bring out your energy, skills, ideas and knowledge to support and to develop our sales team, with our unique brands and customers.

Your Duties

  • Handle key accounts such as Metro, Seoudi Supermarkets, Gourmet Egypt and Carrefour to achieve long-term success and to develop a strong, positive partnership
  • Set and achieve Plans/targets/KPIs to generate best results in Sales, Visibility & Merchandising.
  • Execute daily Monitoring of sales rep performance vs the KPIs
  • The ongoing Traning of the sales rep.
  • Resolve any issues faced by the customers
  • Prepare progress reports, forecasts for each SKU/customer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in modern trade at FMCG company
  • At least 2 years handling one of the above accounts
  • Good command English and Arabic Spoken/written
  • Proficient user of MS office applications
  • An accountable and target-oriented person
  • A skilled negotiator with leadership skills
