Job Description
- Dispatching, assigning, and tracking our fleet
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Maintaining records and reports of performance and quality
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with all delivery agents/couriers
- The main point of contact with the couriers in the field to ensure increasing their delivery success rate
- Communicating any delivery issues with the customer care team
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of experience (Delivery, logistics or E-commerce experience is a plus)
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Excellent written and verbal English Language Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Flexible and able to manage people.
- Problem solver
- Customer Driven
- Passionate
- Preferably a resident of sheikh zayed/6th of October
