Job Description
- Implementation and configuration of Software and Hardware according to task list.
- Handle Firewall (Sophos)
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems Remotely Online and Over the Phone
- Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
- Support the setup of all new hardware, especially desktops, laptops, and printers
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Knowledge in data center virtualization (vSphere)
- Install, test and configure computers, printers, peripheral equipment and software
- Update and maintain the company documentation
- Install, manage and configure Microsoft (Active Directory, users and computers, DNS, DHCP and GPO)
- Software testing and configuration
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge about VOIP
