Job Description

  • Implementation and configuration of Software and Hardware according to task list.
  • Handle Firewall (Sophos)
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems Remotely Online and Over the Phone 
  • Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
  • Support the setup of all new hardware, especially desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN).
  • Knowledge in data center virtualization (vSphere)
  • Install, test and configure computers, printers, peripheral equipment and software
  • Update and maintain the company documentation
  • Install, manage and configure Microsoft (Active Directory, users and computers, DNS, DHCP and GPO)
  • Software testing and configuration

Job Requirements

  • Good Knowledge about VOIP
  • Knowledge in servers, switches and routers
