Job Description

  • Organize the daily movement for all the company’s trucks.
  • Receive & coordinate staff requirements and schedule these needs.
  • Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits & achieve the requested movements.
  • Prepare and implement preventive regular maintenance & service schedules for all the company’s vehicles.
  • Coordinate with vendors for any repairs, maintenance, or other services.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicles’ maintenance & inspection schedules.
  • Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc)
  • Responsible for ordering new vehicles with established vendor relationships.
  • Register and license all the company’s newly purchased vehicles.
  • Execute & coordinate all vehicle insurance claims & procedures.
  • Follow up on fuel card issuance and retrieval.
  • Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good user of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills Esp with drivers.
  • Multitask & problem solver.
