Job Description

| Finished Products analyzing | take samples of raw material to review and analyzed in laboratories. During their review, use lab equipment ranging from infrared spectrometers to lab chemist analyzers. To record and analyze their findings they may need to use specialized computer software. Once results are complete, to present their findings and help other personnel to fine-tune production processes for enhanced quality and efficiency. |
| Determining standards | Determining the required specifications for products meet the preparation of standards for laboratory tests and standardization of measurement. Ensure compliance with all ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 policy and procedures |
| Raw Materials | Collaborate with purchasing to Inspect all raw materials before manufacturing and compare with the standards. Identifies raw material substitutions for improved chemical properties or cost improvements. |

Job Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, biochemistry, or relevant food and science field
- Experience: must have minimum 0-3 years’ experience in the same role in FMCG
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean Manufacturing, Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 14001) and OHSAS 18001 International Food Standards, etc.
