Job Description
- Create and type Sales Contracts ( SAP )
- Revise all typed Sales Contracts and Service Agreements prior sending to customers , and monitor a monthly Report to follow up on Customers’ signature returns ( word doc )
- Record daily updates for Future Pricing and Rolling (SAP)
- Reconcile with Egypt Commercial Team the company’s Net Risk Position prior daily and monthly deadlines.
- Handle Customers’ Account statements in coordination with Geneva Hub Office / Barcelona and the Cairo Finance & Commercial Teams.
- Issue Price Difference / Quality / Shrink Invoices ( SAP)
- Document and File all Contracts amendments with Customers to secure company’s legal rights ( SAP)
- Monitor all contractual Quality Specification of Shipments and ensure typed Contracts are according to the Egyptian Local Import standards.
- Handle and document the monthly Stocks ReinsuranceDeclaration and reconciliation with Geneva Hub Office.(Mash Insurance system + excel sheet )
- Revision of the extra Storage fees Calculation prepared by the Logistics Team and advise Customers accordingly.
- Issue Proforma Invoices for obtaining Margin Calls or Price difference settlements with Customers ( SAP )
- Share best Practices with Geneva Hub & Barcelona Office + Origin Offices
- Maintain an efficient cross functional Communication Channel with the local teams , Geneva Hub Office / Barcelona and Origin Offices
- Contribute to a strong Customer Base and Focus and have a high sense of accuracy and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English speaker
- from 0-2 experience
- studying anything related to logistics is preferred
