Job Description

  • Review the prepared employee data sheet and confirm with new employee that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with HC officer – Information Management to generate new employee records in the system.
  • Liaise with recruitment team on expected start dates for employees in the pipeline and prepare for day one formalities accordingly.
  • Meet and greet new employees and provide briefings on related employment matters.
  • Initiate day one formalities ensuring documentation is complete and valid then arrange for them to meet their department managers.
  • Provide list of new employees to Talent Development to plan and schedule them for the induction program.
  • Maintain and update employees’ files with all related documentation in accordance with Human Capital policies and procedures. 
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide employee information and statistics required for supporting other HR functions.
  • Respond and conclude all requests and transactions ensuring completion within the set SLAs timeline.
  • Carry out employee services duties such as processing employee status changes, preparing final settlements, verifying employee entitlements, reviewing and checking employee leaves, expense claims etc.
  • Where required, initiate post-employment formalities related to residency permit, government insurance card etc.
  • Provide information and guidance to employees on human resource and work-related queries.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager/supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 Years relevant experience
  • Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
  • Computer literate and familiar with HCM system.
