Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support the assembly line, the workshop, the mobility service with troubleshooting and diagnosis for all faults, and with investigation and maintenance for all products.
- Technical review and inspection for all of the newly released products.
- Research and Development for new upgrades for all of the current products.
- Communicate with the clients regarding technical problems ensuring a proper satisfaction level.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for complicated repairs.
- Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty policy and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Automotive or electrical)
- 2-5 experience in the field of Automotive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very Good User of MS office.
- Fluent in English
- Detailed oriented
