Remote Virtual Assistant - Office Coordinator

  • Michigan Prime Shine is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving Metro Detroit. We operate 100% remotely with a focus on communication, efficiency, and top-tier service.
  • We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is confident, highly fluent in English, and comfortable speaking directly with clients and prospects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural talent for sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via text, email, and phone
  • Sell cleaning services and convert warm leads into booked clients
  • Manage scheduling, reschedules, and client follow-ups
  • Coordinate effectively with cleaners and office staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism
  • Track performance metrics, bookings, and conversion rates
  • Deliver daily updates and communicate clearly with management

 

Compensation

  • Base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

  • Fluent and natural English communication (spoken and written)
  • Confident phone presence and ability to converse clearly with clients
  • Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably remote
  • Strong understanding of how to build rapport and close deals
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset or microphone
  • Professional and polite tone across all messages, texts, and calls
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask between calls, messages, and CRM updates
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured systems and SOPs
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Quick learner with willingness to adapt and improve
  • Comfortable using tools like BookingKoala, Google Sheets, and CRMs (training provided)
  • Available to work during U.S. business hours (EST required)
  • Stable work environment with consistent power and internet
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering a great client experience
