- We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is confident, highly fluent in English, and comfortable speaking directly with clients and prospects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural talent for sales and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via text, email, and phone
- Sell cleaning services and convert warm leads into booked clients
- Manage scheduling, reschedules, and client follow-ups
- Coordinate effectively with cleaners and office staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism
- Track performance metrics, bookings, and conversion rates
- Deliver daily updates and communicate clearly with management
Compensation
- Base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

- Comfortable using tools like BookingKoala, Google Sheets, and CRMs (training provided)
- Available to work during U.S. business hours (EST required)
