Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Management:

  • The standard project management tasks

2.Terminology Management:

  • Handling ML terminology projects for multiple clients keeping the Client specific data applicable
  • Managing , training and monitoring multiple resources for different languages
  • Managing external language specialists ; training, assigning tasks, monitoring the progress and ensuring successful delivery
  • Administrating existing glossaries and style guides.
  • Being the Main point of contact and communication for all terminology related matters
  • Driving resolution of all terminology-related queries
  • Managing the terminology – related budgetary points

3.Language Quality:

  • Tracking, analyzing and maintaining Localization quality across different languages
  • Working as the escalation point for the quality issues and leading towards problems resolution
  • Managing , training and monitoring multiple resources for various languages
  • Cooperation with the stakeholders to maintain the best quality for different languages
  • Reviewing the processes through internal, external resources
  • Serving as the main point of contact for LQA vendors, ensuring quality & terminology processes are adhered to
  • Tracking the quality metrics, producing analysis besides taking the corrective actions where necessary

4-Quality Programs:

  • Setting the requirements and characteristics of the languages moderators and users who will participate in the programs
  • Recruiting the Moderators and users based on the characteristics defined
  • Managing , training and monitoring Moderators and users for the programs
  • Evaluating the suggested changes and improvements based on priority, validity, necessity and other factors that the client set to be maintained
  • Liaising with local stakeholders to agree on the feedback provided by the In-Country Reviewers
  • Working on the application of the changes and improvements agreed upon in the client localized materials

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Graduate in a Language Related Faculty.
  • Experience in same position at least 2 years and 7-8 over all years of Experience
  • Post Graduate Studies is a Huge Plus.
  • Not above 40 Years.
