Job Description
In this role you will:
- Manage Facebook Ads platform, maximising ROIs across all campaigns, penetrating new and emerging markets including but not limited to retargeting/pixel.
- Manage Google Ads and Booking platform, maximising ROIs and identifying relevant keywords including but not limited to tag manager, call trackers and A/B testing ad text.
- Plan, develop, and measure new marketing experiments and conversion tests including landing pages, automated email campaigns and user experience pathways.
- Identify opportunity areas for growth and SEO optimization.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals - ROIs and KPIs.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage a team of marketers, developers, and content creators.
- Liaise with existing and new affiliates/partners to drive referring traffic and customer acquisition.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop strategies to increase interaction with email databases and lead generation activities.
- Manage the blog, building a strategy behind content marketing to ensure that regular, engaging content is being created.
Job Requirements
Your Experience:
- While you will have a great deal of creative freedom, you will need to be data-driven, using tools like analytics, A/B testing and management systems to guide our decision-making process. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and well-designed marketing system across product, design, sales customer success and engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing management
- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience with marketing to consumers and businesses
- Experience building and managing strategies, teams and systems
- Previous experience with the management of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google AdWords platforms is essential.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and client solutions/campaigns within tight deadlines
- Exemplary English communications skills both verbal and written and high level negotiation skills with a track record of results
- International leadership and marketing expertise will be highly regarded
