Job Description
- Preparing Material utilization (Sheet-meeting).
- Revising the recorded purchases, the purchases check requests and documents related (purchases -
return – material transportation –purchases adjusts entries). - Revising imported purchases documents and recording it on ERP system (Great Plains).
- Recording inventory transactions on ERP system (Great Plains) (Transfer-Assembly-Stock Count-Closing Entries-Inventory Reconciliation)
- Setting random and monthly stock count on warehouses.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Major Accounting)/relevant
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
