Job Description
The successful candidate will be based in Egypt but will be operating in different territories and geographical regions to develop company sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Territory GTM and Sales Strategy
- Define Market Opportunities in Territory market Segments
- Recommend, and appoint Sales Channel System Integrators who are qualified to represent Spectro Systems IoT Solutions.
- Enable Sales Channels Partners and conduct knowledge Transfer Sessions to ensure Channel Partners are well developed and equipped to introduce Spectro Systems Solutions in Specific Territory.
- Create and Develop Sales Pipeline of a specific Territory
- Identify and develop sales activities with Top Direct Touch Key Accounts in a specific territory.
- Ensure increased pipeline target hit ratio with linear target achievement
- Recommend and Develop a Partner Loyalty Program that fits within a specific territory.
- Collaborate with product managers, business development, engineering, project management, and marketing teams to guide market penetration
- Recommend and execute joint marketing activities with channel partners to present Spectro Solutions in specific territory important and related marketing events.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven track record in channel development & Management in Telecom and/or IT Channels Sales.
- Solid understanding of Channels Development requirements and activities.
- Successful Track Record of achieving Channel Driven Sales Targets in Vendors or Distributors.
- Regional or Territorial Experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driving, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized with attention to detail.
- Master's/Bachelor’s (or equivalent).
