Job Description

We're hiring an ambitious E-commerce Customer Service Representative who wants to make an impact and work on something big!

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer requests & questions that come via phone & social media.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism & provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Replying to comments on social media.
  • Solve any issues customers might have with their orders.
  • Process new orders from different sources on a daily basis.
  • Daily follow up on order delivery to make sure orders are delivered on time.
  • Reporting & documenting all customer requests for reference and easy follow up.
