- Create an integrated marketing plan for Rologys’ product/services
- Create and evolve a value proposition and positioning for a product or market
- Create and evolve segmentation and targeting for a product or channel
- Create and develop a market opportunity analysis for a product or geography
- Identify key assumptions for a business model or channel
- Track the efficiency of marketing programs for product or channel
- Propose and monitor investments for a subset of a product group or segment
- Determine goals and KPIs for product campaigns or channels
- Execute campaigns to drive customer acquisitions and revenue
- Partner with Product Managers to drive new product launches and feature announcements.
- Lead and collaborate with creative teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery of multi-channel marketing assets.
- Plan and execute new feature launches across teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.
- Help rology to develop the lead generation channels.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least 4 years’ of experience in product marketing or marketing.
- Ability to understand technical and medical terms and processes and translate to customer/user value.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing customer dynamics.
Plus:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing and project/campaign management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- MS, MBA, or graduate-level degree.
- Demonstrated track record of success driving marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated customer obsession and a passion for translating product features into simple value propositions.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and do what it takes to see the project through to completion. May include picking up project management and cross-functional prioritization of your projects.
