Job Description

  • Establish work relationships with new client
  • Maintain and leverage sales targets with current MIDO’s clients.
  • Manage communications with existing customers in the assigned countries and follow up any upcoming inquires and purchase orders
  • Prepare and manage all the internal documents required for carrying the export process 
  • Revising all shipping documents drafts before final issuance to insure the compliance to the purchase order / letter of credit.
  • Prepare and process all required documents and permits for shipping purposes
  • conduct quality inspections of shipments, and maintain records of all invoices and transactions.
  • Communicating the shipments progress to both clients and direct manager
  • Coordinating and completing customs clearance documentation for clearance on overseas deliveries
    Coordinate the loading plan with MIDO’s concerned departments (warehouses, quality control, production, planning) to ensure the availability of the products at the latest receiving date.
  • Follow up containers loading process in order to prepare final shipping documents (Commercial invoice, packing list, final shipping declaration) to submit to custom broker / custom authority to finish custom clearance procedures.
  • Dispatching shipping documents directly to the customer by courier or to the bank, prepare and send shipping advice along with copies of all shipping documents by email.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate self-driven personality 
  • Solid willingness to learn and apply advanced selling skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics)
  • Experience 1-3 years
  • Fluent English language for English Speaking Countries 
  • Fluent French language & good command of English language for French Speaking Countries
  • High level of communication skills (verbal / nonverbal / written) 
  • Strong ability to learn and apply new skills 
  • Excellent level of practice for MS office with high rate of typing speed.
