Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships:
- Generate new business using a portfolio of his own existing and potential customer networks to achieve long-term success.
- Identifying and cultivating new prospects.
- Identify new sales opportunities within new and existing accounts .
- Qualify and develop sales opportunity to achieve business closure.
- Making cold calls and visits to new prospects.
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel in particular)
- Owning a car is a plus.
