Job Description
- Implement the short, medium & long terms goals related to FMFC-Egypt strategy for digital transformation
- Facilitate adoption of e-payment channels
- Ensure FRA regulations related digital transformation & technology are implemented
- Identify & drive partnerships with potential partners such as payment networks, financial services providers, logistics companies, or telecom operators, etc.
- Develop & agree on partnership objectives & partners selection criteria
- Structure partnerships value proposition as well as approach & pitch partnership opportunities
- Develop the partnership business model including setting fees, pricing or charges related to exchange of value
- Set up processes to on-boarding of new clients
- Agree on success metrics & milestones associated with developed partnership
- Structure the partnership budget & targeted number of clients (especially for the pilot phase)
- Identify critical threats & mitigation strategies
- Conclude all agreed upon negotiated points in an MOU to be shared with the partner
- Process contractual agreement in coordination with legal counsel
- Close the new partnership deal by signing the partnership agreement by both parties
- Develop detailed implementation/operational plans and timelines
- Create relevant documentation, guides, reports and records
- Measure the agreed upon success metrics and report it
- Ensure that partnerships are working effectively and support new market-specific opportunities in coordination with the management team
- Analyze data and adjust plans when needed
- Follow-up on tasks, running pilots & projects related to digital transformation department
- Document & suggest processes for different departments to improve productivity or efficiency of processes
- Measure the impact of introducing digitization of processes
Job Requirements
- University degree in business administration, commerce, economics or any related study.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership or partners/channels relationship management in the financial services, payment, or telecom industries.
