Job Description
- Preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan and issue the monthly maintenance plan by the coordination with related departments.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems immediately to prevent unexpected failures.
- Coordinate with procurement and purchasing department to get the required spare parts also monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
- Following the installation works for the (Generators- Boilers – Elevators – Laundry equipment's – Kitchen equipment's ) and all the electro mechanical equipment's.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- Maximum age 45.
- Alexandria residency.
- ( 6 : 8 ) years of experience, ( 2 : 3 years as a maintenance manager ).
- Previous experience in hospitals or hotels.
