Job Description
Responsible for handling implementation for new projects, remotely and onsite and supporting for the following :
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
- Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection / Cisco Unity Express
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and IVR
- Cisco WebEx / Cisco Meeting Server
- Cisco IOS Voice Gateways
- Cisco Routers and Switches
- Cisco Access Points
- Cisco Wireless LAN Controller
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues.
- Manage Customer faults and issues
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in network collaboration field.
- Certified CCNA is preferable .
- Previous working on Cisco platforms is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering .
