Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized Senior Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The Senior Site Engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of solar projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.
To be successful as a Senior Site Engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Oustanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a site engineer.
- PV design software knowledge such as (PVsyst, Auto CAD, SketchUp)
- Project scheduling experience.
- Experienced in cable sizes, specifications, cable tray dimensioning, C.Bs dimensioning, & mounting structure.
- Testing and commissioning experience in all solar components.
- BS Degree in engineering (electrical/power/renewable)
- Valid Driving license.
- Ability to relocate or work in different zones for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Expert user of Microsoft office tools especially MS Project.
- Excellent command of English language
- Team leadership skills
