Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Cloud Operations team member will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure and database systems that house customer data. They will help build servers, monitor processing jobs, triage/resolve customer data issues.
Job Requirements
- Possess 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows environments, including process management, user management, and starting/stopping services.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server primarily relating to managing, starting, stopping, and triaging issues with import and export jobs
- General knowledge of Amazon Web Services offerings including but not limited to§ EC2, EBS, S3, Route53
- Experience supporting production systems that are available to users on a 24x7 basis.
- Familiar with the basic networking concepts of DNS, NTP, DHCP, VLANs, HTTP/HTTPS and IPSec/SSL VPNs
- Ability to work under remote supervision and with a minimum of direct oversight.
- Excellent English and communication
