Job Description

  • Techno-Functional consultant Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 HR & Payroll, HR Self Service, Recruitment, On-Boarding, Performance Appraisal,
  • Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including but not limited, Understand, Communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements.
  • Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation, Configure Dynamics AX environment to meet users requirements,
  • Work with technical team to design, test, and implement customization.
  • Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation & Operation
    Support Monthly & End Year closing,
  • Perform mentoring and/or coaching to business users,  and share knowledge among all team members, Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience; 6 – 10 Years,
  • Experience in HRIS position in another customer references,
  • Experience in HR business process, 
  • Experience in Microsoft Application HR, Payroll, HR Self Service, Recruitment, On-Boarding, Performance Appraisal,
  • Excellent English Language (speak & written )
  • Hard worker, 
  • Excellent communication skills
