Job Description
- Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.
- Answer all daily questions/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Answer all daily email inquiries received entailing customer inquiries and issues
- Answer all phone call inquiries received on a daily basis
- Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through Instagram/Facebook direct messages or even phone calls
- Place exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff and follow up.
- Organize Return process and refund for customers wanting to return a order
- Conduct regular follow up calls with our customers to issue feedback on our products and overall service etc.
Job Requirements
- Must be Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Computer Savvy
- Excel proficiency
- 3 years’ minimum experience in the customer service field
- Strong relationships and communication with our shipping company’s account manager will be required and understanding of e-commerce operations and supply chain is needed.
