Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Do regular performance evaluation
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
- Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program
- Communicate with teams about their performance
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Plan and organize team-building activities
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience with Android SDK
- Experience with iOS SDK
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle for both iOS & Android
- Work closely with product management & UX to execute an idea from concept to delivery using excellent software design, coding, & processes
- Participate in the analysis & design of new functional requirements and systems.
- Participate in the estimation of new features and components.
- Participate in the development of new features and components.
Essential requirements (6-10 Years Experience):
- 6+ years of experience in Mobile Development.
- 2+ years of experience as a Mobile Development Team Leader.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Has experience working on a number of mobile apps, preferably apps with scale.
- Portfolio, GitHub (or another open-source account), list of published works is a plus
- Experience with both Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Experience with automated continuous deployment and continuous integration is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing Android and iOS development tasks using Java/Kotlin and Swift/Objective-C.
- Excellent understanding of OOP, n-tier architecture, and design patterns.
- Strong experience with mobile databases.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Strong experience on the process of deploying apps on the Play Store (Apple App Store process, Google Play Store, Huawei Store)
- Ability to write clean code
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
- Knowledge of Firebase is a must.
- Knowledge of analytics and tracking is a must.
- Knowledge in the cloud and mobile technologies is a plus, real implementation is a huge plus.
- Knowledge in queues, multi-threading, parallelization, and distributed caching servers is a plus.
