Main Duties:
- Sending daily emails to clients, receiving their service briefs and feedback and communicating their needs to the technical team members and vice versa.
- Attending meetings as needed to receive clients’ service briefs and communicating them to the technical team members.
- Customizing existing quotations for creating new clients' quotations.
- Updating clients with project statuses and deadlines for any project milestones.
- Communicating closely with the technical team members ensuring that they meet deadlines.
- Communication with and for the clients through Social Media.
Job Requirements

- Candidate should WRITE and SPEAK ENGLISH perfectly.
- Should have excellent RESEARCH SKILLS and flawless writing style in both English and Arabic.
- Other requirements include creativity and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Perfect organizational skills are necessary for this job.
- The company is located in Heliopolis, living in Heliopolis or nearby is a PLUS.
