Job Description
- Oversees the day to day operations of properties including all phases of maintenance of the common areas to include buildings, grounds, and the direct supervision of outside contractors to ensure properties are properly maintained per company standards and maintenance agreements.
- Manages renovations, refurbishments, operation and maintenance of the electrical works.
- Follows-up that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Plans and coordinates the tasks required to keep the facilities’ systems operating smoothly and at optimal efficiency.
- Coordinates with other related/concerned departments to maintain and assure a smooth workflow.
- Identifies and brings in cost savings where appropriate.
- The main point of contact for TMG and external stakeholders seeking support and information from the facilities managment department in the project.
- Manages and prioritizes tasks recorded in the Facilities followup reports and conducting analysis to identify areas of success and actions to be taken.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible management experience in different phases of Facilities Services, Administration, Public sector, or similar working environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very strong communication skills
