Job Description
- Develop a working knowledge of departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture.
- Develop a pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions.
- Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards.
- Identify Potential Candidates and Conduct Screening Interviews.
- Contact candidates, arrange interview times, and develop structured interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
- Assist in developing recruitment forms.
- Ensure unique professional candidate experience.
- Send job offer emails and answer inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Support Fair Hiring Practices.
- Follow up with the accepted candidate’s hiring documents
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment venues.
- Conduct exit interviews prepare exit reports and communicate it to the OD in order to take necessary actions towards high turnover rates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of English language and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
