Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
- 5 – 8 years of Collaboration experience.
- Solid Hands-on experience UC Applications and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions.
- Professional level in Customer Care Applications (cisco UCCX and/or UCCE).
- Very good Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex Collaboration environments.
- CCNP Collaboration certification is a must.
- Working under pressure and performing efficiently.
