We're Hiring! Admin Assistant.
- Most Frequent and Essential Activities in this Job:
- Greet all customers, both on the phone and in person, in a professional
- and courteous manner.
- Answer the phones and relay all messages in an accurate, quick and
- pleasant manner.
- Manage and respond to all incoming email and regular mail in a
- professional way on a daily basis.
- Ensure the office is running smoothly, kept clean, tidy and well organized
- at all times.
- Answering Clients Inquiries of websites and other electronic portals
- (Social Media, Property Finder, OLX, Aqarmap, E-mail Campaigns, SMS
- and WhatsApp) to ensure that we provide the maximum positive impact for the team.
- Do daily amount of listings and advertise them on the website and our different portals.
- Make a daily amount of follow up on our client’s resale data base and
- always do CRM updates on our leads database.
- Handling all updates with each developer’s representative.
- Provide accurate quality support services to the direct manager in a time frame which exceeds expectations.
- Handling any Administrative task received by the direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Females only can apply.
- Experience not less 1 year in Real Estate Brokerage.
- University Graduates.
- Presentable
- Fluent English.
- Multitasking.
- Excellent Microsoft Office, CRM, Social Media & Real Estate Portals user.
