Job Description
Property consultant job responsibility :
- Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings
- Interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Includes agents who represent buyer
Job Requirements
- Excellent English is a must
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Must have good experience in the real estate field wither brokerage or developer companies
- Males and females can join
- Preferably to have experience in new capital projects
- Presentable and must be graduated from university
