Position Overview: 

We are seeking a fully accredited ACCA Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, verifying and reconciling entries, and preparing financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, staying updated on changes in financial reporting guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify discrepancies, address financial irregularities, and implement corrective actions
• Support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve inquiries.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging accounting practices, and technological advancements to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fully accredited ACCA member.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
